Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Agreement Overview
These terms describe the use of zandrocarduza.com and the general basis for arranging services with Zandro Carduza, based in Surigao City, Philippines. Please use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others.
A website visit, enquiry, or consultation does not by itself create a paid project agreement. Commissioned work is governed by the proposal, quotation, or written agreement accepted for that project. Those agreed project terms take precedence where they differ from this general page.
2. Services
Services may include:
- Website design, redesign, and development.
- UI/UX design, branding, and visual design.
- Content strategy, SEO, and social media design or marketing.
- Website maintenance and support where agreed.
The services, deliverables, platforms, and support included in your project are specified in its written scope.
3. Project Process
Project Initiation
Before work begins, the project agreement should confirm:
- Project scope, deliverables, and responsibilities.
- Timeline, milestones, and review stages.
- Fees, payment schedule, and any third-party costs.
- Revision allowances, approvals, and communication arrangements.
Timelines depend on the agreed scope, content readiness, feedback, and access to required systems. Changes to scope or delayed approvals may require an updated schedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate content, project materials, and timely feedback.
- Holding the necessary rights or permissions for supplied text, logos, photos, and other assets.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables at the agreed stages.
- Providing necessary system access through an agreed secure method.
- Paying agreed fees and maintaining clear project communication.
5. Payment and Scope Changes
Fees, currency, deposits, milestones, and due dates are agreed in writing for each project. Any cancellation or refund conditions should be stated before work begins.
Additional pages, features, revisions, or work outside the agreed scope require an agreed change to the scope and fees. Hosting, domains, premium software, and other provider charges are included only where expressly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
The ownership or licence of final commissioned deliverables, and any required payment before transfer or handover, are determined by your project agreement.
Client-supplied materials remain subject to their owners' rights. Third-party fonts, imagery, plugins, software, and other licensed assets retain their respective licence conditions. Portfolio publication and confidentiality arrangements are agreed for each project.
Content on this portfolio website may be viewed for information and reference. Its inclusion does not grant permission to copy, resell, or reuse another party's designs, brand assets, or materials.
7. Cancellation and Paused Projects
If a project needs to be cancelled or paused, notify me in writing. Payment for work completed, refunds, handover, and any rescheduling follow the agreed project terms and applicable law.
New timing and availability may need to be confirmed before a paused project resumes.
8. Website Use and Third-Party Services
Please do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or submit unlawful content.
External portfolio links, scheduling tools, hosting, and other third-party services operate under their own terms. Their availability, pricing, and features can change. Information about this website's handling of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy.
9. Results and Responsibility
Portfolio examples describe particular projects and do not guarantee the same results for another business. Traffic, rankings, enquiries, and sales depend on many factors beyond the website design alone.
Responsibilities, warranties, and any liability provisions for commissioned work are set out in the project agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms
The current website terms and their last updated date will be published on this page. Updates do not automatically replace the terms of an existing project agreement; any changes to that agreement must be separately agreed.
